If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:
- Your full name and contact details;
- Description of the copyrighted work;
- Links or references to the specific content;
- A good‑faith statement that use is not authorized;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate and that you are authorized to submit the notice; and
- An electronic or physical signature.
We may ask for additional information regarding your request, so make sure to be thorough as possible.
Safety & acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or promotion of self‑harm or violence.
- No blatant sexual content.
- No spam, scams, or attempts to steal accounts or data.
- No "Doxxing" - the exposing of sensitive or personal information of anybody.
We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts when rules are broken. In serious cases we may preserve records and cooperate with authorities as required.
Moderation
Reports submitted through the app are reviewed by moderators. Actions may include content removal, warnings, suspensions, or bans. We may retain records for safety, investigation, or legal compliance.
Data requests
To request data access or deletion, log into your Brogchat profile and access the settings page, button to request data will be avaliable in there.
Privacy settings
Privacy controls (profile visibility, data export) are managed in account settings. Contact support for help with these options.
